Good Faith Appraisals has Services for Attorneys

Do you need to do an asset split?

In a situation where the value of a home must be determined to divide ownership or "buy out" another party, a trusted, independent appraisal is essential. I can guarantee that our appraisal value will not be influenced by any party. After many years in the appraisal business, it is well known in the industry that Good Faith Appraisals does not "push...or pull" values. Many clients have stopped using us over the years because we would not "play ball" with them. We consider this a badge of honor. You can be confident that the value we give to a home is accurate to the best of our ability.

Do you need to do an estate plan?

Would you like to know what a home "would" be worth if remodeling or some other major alteration was completed to the home? We have "subject to" appraisals that do just that. Would you like to know what a home would have appraised at some time in the past? We can do that too. "What was grandpa's home worth on Jan 1, 1999?" No problem. Can we tell you what a home will appraise for in the future? NO! No appraiser can. If they tell you different, run...

Do you need values on several homes for a portfolio assessment?

Good Faith Appraisals will offer multi property discounts. We can appraise on single family homes, 2-4 unit buildings, duplexes, triplexes, rentals, vacant land, etc. Any property over 4 units needs a commercial appraisal, which we currently do not offer. We do not offer expert whiteness testimony services.
